The location was amazing, it was really close to old town and the neighborhood in West Kissimmee was definitely worth visiting, we had a separate balcony.

The room was fabulous big, nicely decorated, full kitchen and living area. Extra desk nook. Very nice room with a little balcony which was added bonus. Great bathroom brand new inside.
The location next to the abondened hotel made me very nervous. The balcony was an extra but it overlooked a desolate ugly courtyard. I was too leary to walk back to the pool to use it, area was sketchy looking. The bonus desk area was useless as there was no WiFi access. No hair dryer and very small tv in bedroom.

The price was great and once you got into the room it was really delightful.
It felt like we were in a dangerous area because of the abandoned/condemed hotel that is attached to the back buildings and is a part of the Courtyard Suites. We came back from dinner and there were 5 police officers outside the entrance and I wasn't sure if I was happy or scared... Another thing- no lobby. The neon "open" sign in the apartment window was tacky..

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to major attractions in the area and plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, even going the extra mile to quickly resolve any issues or requests. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with a separate front room that includes a sofa and work desk area, making it convenient for business travelers. The kitchen facilities in the rooms are modern and well-equipped, providing guests with the option to cook their own meals during their stay.
Despite a few minor issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel has been renovated and is beautiful. Granite countertops and the bathtub is a jacuzzi. Full kitchen with flatware, dishes, pots, and pans. New appliances in the kitchen with a island and bar stools. Beautiful, Beautiful suite!
The mattress was hard and the bed springs made noise every time you sat or laid on the bed. Also, there was not internet in the rooms but they had 2 computers in the office that you could use.

I was really impressed with the Orlando Courtyard Suites. I can't believe how great the room was without spending a fortune. It is off Route 192, so you do not hear any highway traffic. At first when whe pulled up, I was a bit nervous because you have to drive past an old vacant motel. Once you see the room, you will be pleasantly surprised. Oh and Peter, the gentleman who checked us in, was excellent...very friendly and welcoming!!! I would definitely stay there again.

The price was unbeatable, especially during the Christmas season. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern facilities. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The bed was uncomfortably hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to see clearly.

Great value for the money! Suite was clean with lots of towels and complimentary amenities. Location close to attractions and restaurants. Large pool that was refreshing. Free wi-fi with strong connection.
The building could use some sprucing up on the outside. No dining area in the suite.

Orlando Courtyard Suites has the same feel as a resort. The suites are newly renovated & luxurious: prestine decor, from the sleigh bed to the duvet cover and silk like bedding. Its the best kept, affordable secret in Kissimmee. Close to Disney!
No internet in the suites, very limited channels on the television and no dvd player
